Introduction
OnFabric, Inc. (referred to as "Fabric", "we", "us" or "our"), respects the privacy of our users, developers, partners, and other website visitors (”you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, process, share, and safeguard personal information that is collected via our website (https://www.onfabric.io/) (“Website”) and when you engage with our services generally (collectively “Services”). It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your personal information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Personal Information we Collect
We collect personal information from you in the following ways:
- Users: if you consent to sharing your data through our partners, we will create a unique identification for you. If you sign in to our User Dashboard, we will collect your email address, full name and Google profile picture (as you sign in with Google to our User Dashboard) and create a unique identification for you. If you authorize us to do so, we will process your personal information to improve your digital experience. We do this by using third party data portability APIs (currently Google and TikTok) for you to share your data with us. We collect your search and shopping history from Google.
- Developers: if you register an account with us as a developer, we will collect your email address.
- Partners: when you engage with us as a partner, we will collect personal information from your representatives, such as full name, contact details (email, phone number, address), job position and company they are associated with.
- Marketing Information: we collect information about your marketing preferences, such as your preferences for receiving emails from us and details about how you engage with our emails.
We use Google’s Data Portability API for you to share your Google data with us.
You will have to authorise Fabric to connect with Google to enable us to use your data. We cannot access this data until you give your explicit consent.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and use the information collected to:
- provide you rewards for your data from the partner where you gave consent.
- enable improvements in user-facing features on the partner application / website where you gave your consent.
TikTok
We use TikTok’s Data Portability API for you to share your TikTok data with us.
You will have to authorise Fabric to connect with TikTok to enable us to use your data. We cannot access this data until you give your explicit consent.
We comply with the TikTok Data Portability API requirements and we use the information collected to:
- provide you rewards for your data from the partner where you gave consent.
- enable improvements in user-facing features on the partner application / website where you gave your consent.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information for one or more of the purposes set out below.
To operate and deliver our Services. We will use your personal information to perform our contractual obligations, when it is in our legitimate business interests or based on your consent, including to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure our Services;
- Improve your digital experience;
- Provide support assistance and troubleshooting;
- To send you updates about administrative matters such as changes to our terms or policies; and
- Provide user support, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.
To improve, monitor, personalize, and protect our Services. It is in our legitimate business interests to improve and keep our Services safe, which includes:
- Enriching your user experience and customize your relationship with us;
- Protecting the security of our Services; and
- Preventing and detecting security threats, fraud or other criminal or malicious activities.
To comply with legal obligations and to defend Fabric against legal claims or disputes. We may use your personal information to comply with our legal obligations or when it is in our legitimate business interests, which includes to:
- Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;
- Protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
- Audit our compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies; and
- Protect the security of and manage access to our premises and prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
How we Share your Personal Information
We may share your personal information with the following third parties:
- Partners: we will only share your personal information with partners or use cases that you have opted in to explicitly through the Fabric authorization flow. We share processed insights about your data to improve your user experience on the partner website or application. In return, you get rewards directly from the partner.
- Service Providers: to assist us in meeting business operational needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share personal information with our vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store personal information in the course of performing their duties for us.
- Professional Advisors: we may share personal information with our professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants where doing so is necessary to facilitate the services they render to us.
- Legal Requirements: we do not volunteer your personal information to government authorities or regulators, but we may disclose your personal information where required to do so to comply with laws and regulations applicable to us as described above.
- Business Transaction: if Fabric is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, financing due diligence, reorganisation, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your personal information may be sold, transferred, or otherwise shared including as part of any due diligence process.
- Affiliates: we may share your personal information with our affiliated companies.
How do we keep your Personal Information Secure?
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of personal information we process. Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security.
Where we Store your Personal Information
Fabric is based in the United States but its servers are based in the UK for UK user data and in the EU for EU user Data. We don’t transfer your personal information to third parties based outside these locations.
How long we keep your Personal Information?
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed, in accordance with our retention procedures, and in accordance with applicable laws.
To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we use your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

Depending on where you are based, and as provided under applicable law and subject to any limitations in such law, you may have the right to:

- correct incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you
- ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to restrict our handling of your personal information
- receive any personal information we hold about you in a structured and commonly used machine readable format or have such personal information transmitted to another company
- object to how we are using your personal information
- withdraw your consent to us handling your personal information
